More Than Performance Training
At Stride Sports Performance, we believe every athlete deserves more than a generic workout. Through individualized programming, purposeful coaching, and long-term athletic development, we help athletes build the confidence, discipline, and physical tools to perform at their highest level, both on and off the field.
OUR STORY
Why We Started Stride
Stride Sports Performance was founded with a simple belief: no two athletes are the same, so no two training programs should be either.
After years of coaching athletes across a variety of sports and competitive levels, we saw a need for performance training that looked beyond generic group workouts. Athletes deserve coaching that considers their sport, position, goals, movement patterns, and stage of development.
Stride was built to provide exactly that - a training environment where every athlete receives individualized programming, purposeful coaching, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Whether an athlete is stepping into a performance facility for the first time or preparing for collegiate or professional competition, our mission remains the same: help every athlete develop with confidence, purpose, and integrity.
THE STRIDE STANDARD
OUR FRAMEWORK
Prepare
Every great performance begins with intentional preparation. We show up ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to improve.
Perform
Purpose drives performance. Every drill, lift, sprint, and movement has a reason behind it.
Success isn't measured only by wins and losses. We strive to develop resilient, disciplined athletes who continue improving long after they leave the facility.

Meet Coach Drew Marsh
With over a decade of experience in sports performance coaching, Coach Drew has dedicated his career to helping athletes maximize their potential through individualized training, evidence-based programming, and genuine relationships built on trust.
Drew holds certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS) and the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF-SNS), bringing a well-rounded, science-backed approach to every athlete he coaches.
A Maryland native, Drew competed in one of the nation's premier high school lacrosse programs at Loyola Blakefield, a nationally recognized Jesuit college preparatory school. He went on to attend the University of South Carolina, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science while playing with their club lacrosse team.
Throughout his coaching career, Drew has developed hundreds of athletes helping many earn opportunities to compete at the collegiate level and professionally. While measurable performance is always the goal, Drew believes lasting success begins with building meaningful relationships and trust.
OUR FACILITY VISION
We're currently finalizing the future home of Stride Sports Performance. While our location will be announced soon, our vision is clear: a purpose-built training environment designed to help athletes perform at their highest level.
